We are committed to providing excellent service, and to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you, we have established the following return and exchange policy, supporting returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the goods. We only accept returns and exchanges without damage

Exchange&RETURN

  1. Buyers can initiate a return, exchange, or refund request within 15 days of receiving the product.

  2. Supported exchange scenarios: The product's appearance is not severely damaged, the product's plugs and LCD screens are undamaged, and the product's functionality is intact. Under these conditions, buyers can request an exchange. The shipping costs for the returned product and the product shipped to the buyer again will be borne by the seller.

  3. Within 15 days of receiving the product, if the buyer receives a damaged or non-functioning product, they can request a return and refund or exchange. The shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

  4. Within 15 days of receiving the product, if the buyer wishes to return and refund or exchange the product, they must retain unboxing and functional testing or verification videos and pictures. These should be sent to the seller via email or WhatsApp. After communication and confirmation between the two parties regarding which party will bear the refund and return shipping costs, the matter will be resolved according to the agreement.

  5. After receiving the returned product or after communication and confirmation between both parties, the specific amount of the return or exchange shipping cost will be determined based on the agreed-upon content. The seller will then refund the buyer or reship the product accordingly.

  6. If the buyer purchases a product with a mismatched model due to their own reasons, the shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the buyer.

  7. If the product is damaged by the buyer to the point where it cannot be resold, the seller does not support refund requests. Additionally, if the buyer needs to repurchase the product, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

  8. If a product is lost during transit after the buyer places an order, and it is confirmed lost by the seller through verification with the shipping service provider, the seller will reship the product to the buyer within 24-48 hours after confirmation, with the shipping cost borne by the seller. In this scenario, if the buyer does not require a reshipment, they may request a refund only.

  9. After receiving the product, if the buyer no longer needs it or has purchased the wrong model or product, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to the seller. Upon receiving the returned product, the seller will arrange a refund for the buyer.

  10. For return, exchange, and refund requests not described in the above terms, the buyer needs to actively communicate with the seller via WhatsApp or email to reach an agreement. After agreement, the seller will arrange specific matters for the buyer, which include but are not limited to refunds, exchanges, and any issues that may arise during the refund process.

For all return, exchange, and refund requests, once there is clear communication and agreement between both parties, the seller will complete the response and work arrangements within 48 hours from the start of the day the agreement was reached. Progress tracking will be communicated to the buyer via WhatsApp or email for feedback and follow-up.
